Private or Communal Cremation
Understand the difference and choose what feels right for your family.

Cremation & Aftercare
When a beloved pet passes away, families are often asked to make unfamiliar decisions during an already emotional time. Vetifaction helps you understand your options and coordinate the next steps with clarity, dignity, and compassion.
Planning ahead is optional. Asking questions is always appropriate.

Care Beyond the Final Moment
Families may spend weeks or months thinking about treatment, comfort, hospice, quality of life, or an end-of-life decision. What happens afterward is often discussed much later. Aftercare planning gives you an opportunity to understand those choices before—or when—the time comes.

Private or Communal Cremation
The most important distinction is whether you want your pet's individual cremated remains returned to your family.

Your pet is individually cremated.

Your pet is cremated communally with other pets.

Once communal cremation has been completed, individual cremated remains cannot later be separated and returned. If receiving your pet's individual remains matters to you, ask before the arrangement is finalized.
